Rearview Ghost: 02.06.10

Tuesday, February 2nd, 2010

Something I promised I would do this year is blog more and what a way to start.

Rearview Ghost last played on Jan 15th at Crossroads and what show! This band rocks like no other. To start off they are some of the nicest people you could ever meet. They are fun-loving, down-to-earth and just…well good people.

Rearview Ghost is made-up of Josia (vocals), Flip (bass), Craig (guitar) and Eddie (drums). If you are looking for a good, solid rock band in Huntsville, this is the band to see. I have had many disappointments, but not these guys.

My favorite tune by RVG: Fly. Hands down. It’s a bluesy tune and Josia’s sultry voice is hypnotizing!

Where can you see them you ask? Well, glad you asked! They will playing Crossroads, Saturday, February 6th with Within Reason and Halo Stereo. They have also been given the opportunity to play Hard Rock Cafe in Nashville on Friday, February 19th.

If you wanted to support someone in Huntsville this it folks! Show you’re support!

Hey all! I was able to check out a really great up-and-coming band in Huntsville last Friday. Neon Grasshopper kept all the kids hopping at Sam and Greg’s. Sam and Greg’s is a great little downtown Huntsville eatery that serves the best gelato in town! Not to mention pizza and beer. If you have a chance I suggest you check out Neon Grasshopper (http://www.myspace.com/neongrasshopper) AND Sam and Greg’s (http://www.samandgregs.com/)!
